What happens when a free link expires?
After three days the share page stops answering and the file behind it is removed, so nothing lingers in a chat thread months later. The recording is still on your Mac, and sharing it again from the app gives you a fresh link. On Pro the link simply keeps.
Can I move a capture to another spot?
Yes. A capture files to the spot you picked in the app, and you can move it to a different spot later from your dashboard. The share page picks up that spot’s name, logo, and colors the next time someone opens it.
What does a spot do?
A spot is the face your share page wears: the name, the logo, the accent color, the light or dark theme, a footer line, and a link back to your website. Most people need more than one, because client work, company work, and the weekend project should not all look the same. Free comes with one spot, and Pro carries up to twenty.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from your account. Pro runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account goes back to Free after that.
Is there a Team plan?
Not yet. Pro is built around one person with several spots, and a Team plan comes later.
